Lolled at this. You guy's are working for ages now on the lag.
Stop bringing new **** up in patches and fix lag first.
OK ? thx byebye
That's cute.

Originally by: CCP Shadow As CCP Mindstar mentioned above, we're aware of the issue and the server gods are working to resolve it as soon as possible.
We'll keep you updated on our progress.
Server gods? How dare you to say such crap bs at us?
We warned you guy's like 48houres ago.
just ADMIT that you guy's are epic fail in solving these problems. And you should better quit your job.
Warning them to get a dedicated node will only get you about double the performance, given that CCP said an unreinforced nullsec node usually has 60% load before the fight. You can still crash it if you bring enough people. I don't know how many people you brought.
Also, they are fixing lag. No, really. Read sum dev blogs

- How big was the fleet fight? How many pilots involved?
- Was the fight notification form filled for this? Did you set a dedicated node running just that solar system for that battle or many other solarsystem share this node with it?
- The fact that someone reports that there is lag in Delve and Curse, is it related to it or it is another issue?
- It seems that with Tyrannis the lag monster strikes more frequently than before in low populated systems. Is it always related to the solarsystem sharing the some node with other "hot" solarsystems?
I have E-Certification to answer two of these!
2. Dedicated node = just the one solar system on the node. Otherwise it wouldn't be dedicated.. 4. Yes, low population systems usually have lag because they share a node with a big fight.
3 I can't really answer, but I'd ~guess~ that the affected systems in Delve and Curse are on the same node as that fleet fight. But, there might be a bigger problem. (If it was reinforced, then yea, there's probably some problems...)

Quote: IF the node is reinforced it should run just a solarsystem. So why are other solarsystems laggy?
Exactly, it shouldn't. Meaning it either wasn't reinforced, or some **** is broken (more than usual).

Originally by: Zagdul If you see a spike on your servers happening in a system which has a reinforcement timer, there should be some code you can run to reboot the node and reinforce it. This seems like something pretty easy to automate.
I do remember them talking about a dynamic load balancing thing of sorts... in 18 months lololol

I guess you dont read blogs posted by CCP employees. Jita is now on its own dedicated node. What we are witnessing right now is improving performance in the field.
Jita's always been on it's own node, they just put in a new and improved one!
But don't think your 1000 man fleet fights will run on that node, either. The only reason Jita survives at 1600 is because there's very little combat (compared to the number of people), and most of the people are docked.
